The thing is, at what point will she be able to work a match without it being incredibly rehearsed? Still, these two put on a very impressive match and was way better than I anticipated. I expected a 3, so yeah, kudos! This match was a mixed bag. I thought the first minutes was pretty good. Decent pacing and I loved Braun bullying Roman.
Roman continues his path to becoming John Cena as he relies on 5 moves in an entire match. I know he knows how to wrestle! Why does he have to just do Superman punches and spears?
Once the chaos started this match quickly devolved into garbage. I love how Braun is this beast who can barely be taken off his feet, but after a pretty simple power move he and Roman were down for 10 — 15 minutes with no movement. That was pretty stupid. Also, I must have missed when Foley got maced by Paul, but that was dumb as well. Ending a Hell in the Cell as a no-contest is dumb as hell. It is a no DQ match so everything that went on was legal.
The new ref is stupid and so is the WWE for this mess. Talk about an overbooked clusterfuck. First of all, Braun vs Roman was actually dull compared to what we have seen from them in the past. Their part of the match was underwhelming. Like, why was Braun and Roman on the mat so much? It detracted if anything. Then Brock came out, and we got excited. What is going to happen, right? He kicks the door down and I am expecting something badass.
Then he hits both guys a few times with his facial hair and the match is just done, the crowd realizes this is shitty, they boo, WWE ends the feed. Why is it so hard to end a PPV on a fun note for the fans? Just give the fans something every months that we can applaud.
Did you like the newly colored cell? I mean does it make a difference? This is how bad it is. Yeah, I would say this was beyond unnecessary. Worst Match of the Night? Seriously Brie, stop wrestling. Mixed match was utter trash. The main event was a close second though. Best Match of the Night? Raw Tag Title Match. So much fun, but AJ and Joe was close Kent: Aside from the ending and the Mixed tag match this was a really good PPV.
I liked all the matches and the stories they told. Seriously, this was a good PPV but you leave people on such a bad note and it blurs their perspective. We never get this high caliber of a PPV. This was probably the biggest surprise of the year for me. That or Harlot being in a match that I enjoyed. Share this, like this, write us an email with a question at wrestling 9deuce. Obviously, this is several notches below the ranks of the original film did anyone really expect otherwise?
There are MANY straight-up dumb moments that hurt my enjoyment of the film. Mostly stemming from the kids. These kids, man, they were annoying.

Surprisingly, the younger one Ty Simpkins wasn't too bad. He acted the way I imagine a dinosaur- loving child would act in a theme park full of dinosaurs. But his older brother Nick Robinson was just a miserable character.
His characteristics include being all mopey and uninterested while he's in the most unbelievably cool place on earth. Oh, and he's constantly gawking at girls the entire trip, but that running joke? I understand that the filmmakers were going for the idea that "people in this day and age are bored of dinosaurs" and that Robinson's character is the embodiment of the fictional public's views on dinosaurs.
That doesn't make him any less annoying. No offense to the actor, I'm sure he was doing the best with what he was given, but seriously, I really wanted him to get eaten more than any other character that includes Vincent D'Onofrio's wonderfully slimy performance. I find it hard to root for a character who has as established in the first scene a girlfriend, yet is continuously drooling over every female within yards.
A line earlier in the film rather than right before they start fixing itestablishing that they're good at fixing cars, would've been appreciated. An easy way they could've done this was by showing them get their family's van running in the opening scene.

And we call them genius, because they are the people who change the world. Me too, but I'm seeing why they're failing "We may deify or demonize them but not ignore them.
I saw most of the first tag team match, but I couldn't even make it past Big Poppa Pump's ring intro. I don't know what it is, but there's something about TNA that's just so generic and boring. The whole Bischoff and Hogan thing is SO old, it's ridiculous, and how many times are they going to bring Jarrett and Angle together because of the whole divorce thing?
Their only interesting characters are former WWE employees, but when they get there, there's really no more growth. I always hate when they try to break up the Dudleys like they've done and WWE did before too.
The only good thing in wrestling right now is the emergence of R-Truth!! It's a shame that they're going to let Cena win yet again at the next PPV and keep the championship and not give it to Truth. I would love to see what his reign would be like.
But unfortunately for him, he's too black; something Vince won't stand for. I tried to watch and get into the PPV earlier tonight, but I just couldn't get into it. The whole Bischoff and Hogan thing is SO old, it's ridiculous, and how many teams are they going to bring Jarrett and Angle together because of the whole divorce thing? It's so WCW. I can't take no more of the big bad Booty daddy Big Poppa Pump anymore either and him talking bout his freaks. And if i see his ass come to the ring again with them Prince chains and shit over his face i'm gonna smash my tv.
That's my one pet peeve about WWE Never sat well with me at all.

And I'm about as tired of Cena as everyone else. But I guess I'm just tired of "sports entertainment" in general. I think that's where we disagree. I although I feel Truth is becoming a great heel, I don't believe he should be the champion, especially not now. There's not enough build for him to even be in the running. They rushed him into this program because JoMo got injured. That isn't my only problem with him. I cringed last week when he walked out in the Confederate outfit and then we they asked him to spell a word, he set black wrestlers back with that shit.
Even Virgil would've been saying "The fuck are you doing?! Hell, they've put the belt on more undeserving people. Remember The Great Khali? If we talked about black wrestlers being champion, Kofi should've been the champion yesterday. He had a great program with Orton then he went back to the midcard. Dude stays stealing the show with his Money In The Bank appearances. I also think Ezekiel Jackson could hold the spot too, along with my dog Mark Henry, who's earned his chance to run with the belt.
Definitely continues to get screwed. Some are saying that Capital Punishment may be the least bought WWE PPV since The truth of the matter bboy is blacks have been stereotyped in wrestling for years and that shit goes all the way back to when i was coming up watching Rufus R. All the black wrestlers had to have hard heads and have the headbutt in their arsenal.
Indian wrestlers had to have a war dance and a chop and Samoan wrestlers had to have a headbutt and like coconuts. You speak of RTruth acting ignorant. Shit what about the recent team of Cryme Tyme. That shit says it all right there. I have a coworker that mangages wrestlers and wrestles a little on the side in the independent Southern States Wrestling. He told me he has ran across RTruth when he was coming up through the ranks and stated he has always been a little crazy.
People would be looking for RTruth after a match and that fool would be in the car smoking weed. RTruth is from right in my backyard in Charlotte. I think CMPunk has the potential to be a good champion too. He was at his best when he wrestling as a single competitor before he started that old crazy shit with the Straight Edge Society. I also think Alberto Del Rey has the potential to be a good champion. We already know that Sheamus is a beast. Shelton had all the makings of a champion He earned my respect in that match he had with HBK.
Even Shawn had to give him props. Cena or Miz couldn't have a match like that if their lives depended on it. But because he couldn't really talk or his personality felt flat or generic was his problem.
The WWE just fucked up on that. Dude's now in Japan doing really well. He recently did an interview talking about his success there and about Chris Benoit "We may deify or demonize them but not ignore them.
I hated the Cryme Tyme shit too I couldn't even watch their matches after awhile. Harlem Heat were getting stereotyped but somehow they managed to get past the BS.
JB was from South Carolina We're gonna have to investigate that one Punk is that dude IMO. There are reports he wants to leave Apparently, he wasn't pleased that he's been in the mid card while someone like The Miz is main eventing He dissed WWE's creative time on Twitter yesterday so there could be credibility to the news of him possibly leaving Del Rio is awesome. I'm not a fan and not because he's terrible, but because he's a believable heel, although that promo on Monday was cringeworthy.
I feel bad for Shaemus because he was pushed so fast and when they realized fans were really responding, they let him fall in the midcard. True, he shouldn' have been main eventing Wrestlemania just 6 months after he debuted we know the reason for that but dude's grown to be a solid performer and deserves more time "We may deify or demonize them but not ignore them.
He recently did an interview talking about his success there and about Chris Benoit I'm a little sick of the "you won't be champion if you have bad mic skills" thing. The WWE has put the belt on plenty of guys who either can't talk, can't wrestler, or can't do either. Great Khali for one. Jeff Hardy was never great on the mic. Randy Orton hasn't had an interesting promo in years. Batista was boring as shit until he turned heel. The WWE was behind these guys and was heavily invested in their success despite their shortcomings.
If you're creative enough, you can hide a person's shortcomings and accentuate their positives as Paul Heyman would say. Even though he was going out there and having the best matches. He was over with the fans. Hell, he even made LayCool interesting. But, the WWE wasn't behind him.
So, they released him right before Christmas. The truth of the matter bboy is blacks have been stereotyped in wrestling for years and that shit goes all the way back to when i was coming up watching Rufus R. True, he shouldn' have been main eventing Wrestlemania just 6 months after he debuted we know the reason for that but dude's grown to be a solid performer and deserves more time Shit he resembles Buckwheat if you ask me.
He seems like he don't wanna be in the WWE anymore. Can't say I blame him. I agree with you, I was just stating why many feel some guys don't make it, although I do feel it plays a part sometimes.
I think Vince's fascination with looks is a factor too I thought I was the only one who thought Kaval being with Laycool was interesting. They could've made a really good angle with him being with them Thinking of Layla, it's crazy how Cody Rhodes got with Beth Phoenix and now, he's with Layla!
Cena was great when he was a heel. Some are saying that Capital Punishment may be the least bought WWE PPV since You're probably right in that Truth probably shouldn't be getting the title just yet, but I do want him to stick around the upper card until it's his turn. But still, I would love to see what he'd do as the champ. Hell, like you said, they've given it to Khali, so why not him? They gave it to Sheamus when he was just a friggin' nobody and had just entered the company, and NO one gave him a chance in the world of beating Cena albeit it was a tables match.
That "trying to spell conspiracy" was kind embarrassing, I will say. He's starting to just be plain comedy and crazy, and that's fine, but at least mix it up a little with some in-ring dominance so that he'll look like he has something of a chance against Cena.

We all know he doesn't, but hey. Speaking of Kofi, I think the only reason why he went from main event back to mid-card so quickly is because Randy Orton told the office he was ready to be at that level yet.
Apparently, there was an RKO spot in one of their matches that Kofi fucked up, visibly and audibly upsetting Orton. He was cussing Kofi out and everything, and from there, I think he talked the powers-that-be down on him. I also disagree with you on Ezekiel Jackson.
He has zero personality so far, and all I ever see him do is repeatedly slam someone. He's got the size Vince likes, but that's about it.
True, he shouldn' have been main eventing Wrestlemania just 6 months after he debuted we know the reason for that but dude's grown to be a solid performer and deserves more time What did Punk say on Twitter?
I don't blame him for wanting to leave because they've just outright disrespected his character for a while now. Plus, they made him the leader of a group who'd time had been done and gone. If he does leave which I really hope he staysI hope he leaves Beth Phoenix behind too!!
I would just LOVE to plow all through that damn woman! She's about as muscular a woman as it would get before I'd be turned off. But her, she could always get it from me. Pope is the one of the very few times TNA got something right as far as developing talent. I love his character and I feel like it's being wasted there in TNA. I'd love to see what he could do and the programs he could work with in the WWE, as long as the gloves were off!
Top vid is part one, bottom part two. As a character, Sheamus lost all credibility the moment he ran away from Nexus a couple of months earlier. I strongly agree with Kevin Nash on that one when he brought it up in his shoot interview. What did Punk say on Twitter? Hopefully he'll return home to his family and give the middle finger to "sports entertainment".
She has robes and she has monkeys, lazy diamond studded flunkies Oh yeah, I saw that, but I guess I thought it was just an overall frustration statement and not a direct hit on Creative.
But, I guess it is, looking at it again. Well, I'm sure he's got a day no-compete clause in his contract, so once he does leave, he wouldn't be showing up in ROH til the new year. I'm wondering if part of his hesitancy in re-signing is they want ownership of his name.
It could be that, and the fact that they haven't done anything useful with him in AGES!!! Offstage, he seems REAL cool R- Truth and Cena is humorous but not sure. The time it comes on. The most interesting storyline Is Randy Orton and Christian it has potential.
He has too many projects lined up to return to the WWE full time. That's why I believe WWE should cut their PPVs down from 12 or 14 to maybe 6 or 8 a year, that way they can build matches with maximum potential, don't have to rush with programs and scramble to fill up a card with matches He's gonna be making a couple of appearances til maybe January when WM really starts shaping up.
I do know he and Cena are keeping the feud going by having Twitter wars "We may deify or demonize them but not ignore them. That's why I believe WWE should cut their PPVs down from 12 or 14 to maybe 6 or 8 a year, that way they can build matches with maximum potential, don't have to rush with programs and scramble to fill up a card with matches.
I do know he and Cena are keeping the feud going by having Twitter wars They should cut it to at least 7 or 8. Like have the major ones and then some cool ones like the TLC ppv.
Adding like 10 more ppvs is gonna eliminate interest in anything WWE does. Kurt Angle and Jeff Jarrett are having a match in the parking lot with all the other wrestlers outside looking on. You can hear Bully Ray telling Jarrett to kick his ass.
The Pope was sitting there eating some Pringles "We may deify or demonize them but not ignore them. The clips of fans telling why wrestling matters to them sometimes come off silly, but the wrestlers testimonies, the flashing "Wrestling Matters" signs, the promos with guys immediately after their matches when they speak as legitimate athletes, not screaming some silly promo are really good to me. If they would just cut the ridiculous and old "Authority vs.
They have some of the best workers on their roster and some of them could really shine in min matches, even an occasional min run. HHH is taking over. He already swiped Mistico and Averno from Mexico Hero and Catagnoli had in ring workouts prior to Raw and Smackdown this week. I think he's starting a full fledged raid of the indy's. If they got rid of those terrible backstage videos and cut down on the promos and added more matches, it would be a way better show.
The shows in North Carolina were packed. The so-called Divas usually only serve as eye candy, save for a couple of them. I really wish TNA had better success, as they have all the tools and ingredients to do it. I can't stand the WWE not having any real competition and therefore giving us whatever shit they please.
They do it because they think the general wrestling fan has nowhere else to go. They only "step it up" when they feel threatened. Can't wait until I see this headline here: I think Wrestlemania barely got 1 million buys and the early returns on Over the Limit show a ridiculously low 60, buys final number isnt out yet though.
Smackdown ratings are in the toilet RAW starting to drop. I've been reading the dirt sheets lately and Vince is trying to fool folks into thinking everyone's still watching. Secondly, and even more importantly, the 10, number is misleading. A WrestleZone source in the television industry explains, "there haven't been 10 million tuned in to wrestling since The Monday Night Wars. WWE takes the total number of viewers for the 8pm Tough Enough, adds that to the 9pm viewership for Raw, adds that to the 10pm viewership for Raw, and then the viewership for the Tough Enough repeat.
