Before joining Vivint, Bryan was a Managing Director and Senior Vice President at Xerox where he ran a portfolio of 4 businesses in the government healthcare space.

Early in his career, Bryan was a Boston-based strategy consultant with Monitor Group. While at Monitor, he gained a wealth of experience developing and implementing growth and turn-around strategies for Fortune clients in the financial services, retail, pharmaceutical, health insurance, and heavy manufacturing industries. Bryan has also served as a member of the executive committee for the non-profit consulting group Inspire, Inc.
Thomas is based in New York City and has more than 20 years of experience originating and executing financings and investments in energy and infrastructure assets.Meet our new Chief Executive
He and his team financed and closed the sale of projects totaling over 1. There he was responsible for originating specialized equity, debt, and structured transactions for the financing of power plant construction and acquisitions. Prior to his time at Vivint Solar, Paul served as President and CEO of Meter Solutions, a smart-grid energy management company that he co-founded as a university student. Mark serves as a member of the Executive Leadership Team and is responsible for overall systems development, implementation, and information technology operations.
He has spent more than 20 years in Silicon Valley with leading high-tech companies and excels at navigating IT organizations through periods of significant transition and transformational change. In his role as Chief Transformation Officer, he developed and executed a multi-year strategic plan for the development of the new Enterprise platform.
His execution and delivery focus is the key to the success he brings to our group. Building high performing teams has been a highlight for him and the successes which these teams have achieved. Dan joined Vivint Solar in September and served as Associate General Counsel responsible for tax equity and structured finance transactions, energy and consumer regulatory matters, intellectual property, licensing, government affairs, and other corporate and transactional functions. He has represented financial institutions, companies, and individuals in all aspects of complex finance transactions, mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings, and real estate matters.
She, her husband Ben and two children live in Salt Lake City.
As Chief Sales Officer at Vivint Solar, Chance is at the forefront of the residential solar power revolution, where has grown his team of 1, sales professionals into a world-class sales organization that specializes in direct-to-consumer, retail, and inside sales channels with a lower customer acquisition cost than competitors in the industry.
Miranda has overseen content creation and merging of traditional marketing and PR activities in support of partnerships with companies including Walmart, Delta Air Lines, Marriott International, and Disney. She has also overseen PR, corporate communication and B2B and B2C marketing efforts for companies and clients throughout the US, Canada, and Europe during her 10 years of ad agency experience. Harry is also currently a Director of Kogan.
Linda Kow Chief Financial Officer Linda Kow joined Costa in January working primarily with produce categories in a broad ranging strategy, commercial and business process improvement context. Linda has worked in a variety of finance and commercial roles at companies including Deloitte, Village Cinemas International and eight years in strategy and business development at Visy Industries. Tony Di Paolo Chief Procurement Officer Tony Di Paolo joined Costa in Novemberbringing more than 20 years of experience in senior procurement, commercial and major capital projects to the group.
In his role as Chief Procurement Officer, Tony is responsible for all areas of procurement, capital projects and property. Prior to joining Costa, Tony spent 17 years with Visy Industries. In his role as Chief Procurement Officer, he had overall responsibility for the Visy group's multi-billion dollar procurement budget, major capital projects and property portfolio.

He has extensive experience in leading teams, change management, innovation and strategy development as well as all aspects of the procurement function. Michael has a deep understanding of the fresh produce industry, and is a recipient of the Frank Costa Award for outstanding contribution to the Costa company.
He also takes a keen interest in Costa people and is very active in staff development and mentoring.
His current role focuses on leading and supporting the company's Berry Category, which has growing operations across four states of Australia. With a deep understanding of the fresh produce industry, combined with strong commercial acumen, he also takes a keen interest in Costa people and is very active in staff development and mentoring.
His vast experience managing large-scale horticultural operations has played a key role in the steady growth and success of Costa's berry operations. Peter has been instrumental in the successful expansion of the berry business internationally, including our blueberry operations in Morocco, the establishment of our China operations, and the expansion of our blueberry genetics licensing around the globe.
Peter sits on many company and industry boards. Shanon's internal passion is around developing and providing staff exposure to the broader business.
